GOAL

Create a seasonal installation celebrating cherry blossom season for Kaia at The Ned London.

APPROACH
I designed a layered installation combining laser-cut plywood and traditional mulberry paper (Hanji). The plywood echoed the restaurant’s wooden ambiance, while the translucent paper revealed vibrant textures when lit, evoking the delicacy of cherry blossoms.

RESULT
The installation was awarded First Place and displayed at The Ned London, enhancing Kaia’s cherry blossom theme with a warm, sophisticated centerpiece that harmonized seamlessly with its historic setting.
