I AM began with the question: “Why do we wear what we wear?” The project challenges consumerism’s influence on identity and encourages the mindset: “I AM – who I am, not what I have.”APPROACH
Through interactive design, the magazine becomes an experience. A heat-reactive black cover reveals vibrant colors beneath, while scratch-off silver portraits uncover joyful, colored images – symbolizing the unveiling of authentic identity.
RESULT
The final work transforms a fashion magazine into a journey of self-discovery, engaging readers in uncovering individuality and leaving a lasting statement about authenticity.
